A Quiet Season, A Continued Commitment...

Over the past few months, I’ve had moments where I needed to step back and focus on my health. That pause made me quieter publicly, but not absent from the work. I’ve continued moving forward, steadily, intentionally, and with deep commitment to the communities we serve.

And I’ll be honest: I’ve missed you.

As we prepare for a new school year, Healthy Futures Campaign is launching one of our most important initiatives: the Classroom Wellness Drive.

About the Classroom Wellness Drive

The Healthy Futures Campaign is preparing for our annual Classroom Wellness Drive, an effort to ensure every classroom begins the year with essential wellness supplies. Our goal is simple: support students and educators by creating cleaner, healthier learning environments.

Each classroom will receive a wellness kit stocked with high‑impact items such as Kleenex, Clorox wipes, hand sanitizer, disinfectant spray, and other cold‑and‑flu season essentials. These supplies reduce illness, support daily classroom needs, and ease the burden on teachers who often purchase these items themselves.

What We’re Collecting

  • Monetary donations — flexible funding for classroom‑specific needs.

  • Gift cards — Walmart, Amazon, Visa, Sam's, Costco

  • Kleenex

  • Clorox wipes

  • Hand sanitizer

  • Disinfectant spray

  • Paper towels

  • Glue sticks

  • Bandages

  • Dry‑erase markers

How You Can Support

You can help in two ways:

  • Purchase items from our Classroom Wellness Registry HFC2026

  • Make a monetary donation toward wellness kits CLICK HERE

Every contribution strengthens our classrooms and supports the educators who show up for students every day.

Thank You!!!

Thank you for your patience during this quieter season. Thank you for staying connected, even when I couldn’t be as present as I wanted. I’m healing, I’m working, and I’m grateful. Your support reminds me why this mission matters, and why showing up, even imperfectly, is still worth it.

I missed you, and I’m glad to be stepping back into the work with you.
